For anyone interested in Spanish cuisine, this is an excellent cookbook to own. It’s filled with wonderful regional recipes, beautiful photographs and interesting stories. I’m planning to attend Madrid Fusion 2010 - http://www.madridfusion.net/index2.php?lang=EN – so look forward to seeing more recipes from Spain.
